The launch of Victoria's "Inclusive Victoria: State Disability Plan (2022–2026)" signals a commitment to the continuing dominance of Victorian Government-owned Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). Section 2.3.14 of the Plan commits the Victorian Government to "Initiating an ambitious renewal, replacement and growth program to improve the range and quality of government-owned SDA in Victoria". This commitment was amongst a number focused on housing for people with disability outlined in Section 2: Health, Housing and Wellbeing of the Plan.
