Post 2 - NDIS New SDA:Q3 2021 (to March 2021) Data

The current rate of development of New SDA Places means that it may take a decade to deliver the additional and replacement SDA stock required. The mix of New SDA produced is not the expected balance of two and three resident Dwellings but instead the larger Group Homes and, more recently, one resident Dwellings. The Design category produced has a high proportion of High Physical SDA, reflecting some but not all of the expressed demand for new and replacement SDA.
