Post 7 - New NDIS Victorian InKind SDA Q3 2021 (to March 2021) Data

Recently released National Disability insurance Scheme (NDIS) Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) data has identified that, by March 2021, the Victorian Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) operated 861 SDA Dwellings with more than 3,544 Places under InKind arrangements. 43 of these Dwellings were New Build with 130 Places (the balance was 818 Dwellings with at least 3,414 Places were classified as Existing). This New SDA was widely distributed, mainly Group Homes or Villas/Duplexs and mostly of High Physical or Robust design.
