Joseph Connellan has:

  • 35 years’ experience in service development and delivery

  • Proven track record as a consultant and policy advisor  

  • Experience as Executive Officer in four Not for profit agencies

  • A strong background in policy and program development within Government

Through his consulting firm MC Two Pty Ltd (www.mctwo.com.au), Joseph provides education and advocacy promoting more and better housing for people with disability. 

Since its inception, Joseph has concentrated on the NDIS and especially housing challenges and opportunities for National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants, including Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA).  

Joseph’s clients have been diverse spread across  three tiers of Government and the non Government sector as well as peak bodies.
